SignalPoint Systems SmartSite Growth Offer

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the SignalPoint Referral Program (“Program”) for the SignalPoint Systems SmartSite Growth Offer (“Offer”). By submitting a referral or using a referral link, you (“Referrer”) agree to these Terms.
1) Territory
This Program is intended for referrals of U.S.-based businesses and participation by individuals located in the United States. SignalPoint may decline referrals outside this territory.
2) Eligibility
To participate, you must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate contact and payout information
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules
SignalPoint may reject, suspend, or remove any participant at any time if abuse, fraud, or policy violations are suspected.
3) Rewards
Referrers may earn a referral reward (“Reward”) when a submitted referral becomes a Closed Referral and is credited to the Referrer under these Terms.
Plan Names. For purposes of this Program:
• “Website + Automation Growth” means the Core tier of the Offer (the “Core Plan”).
• “Growth+” means Tier 2 of the Offer (the “Growth+ Plan”).
Current Reward Amounts:
• $100 for a Closed Referral that signs up for Website + Automation Growth (Core Plan)
• $200 for a Closed Referral that signs up for Growth+ (Tier 2)
A Reward is earned only when the referral becomes a Qualified Referral (see Section 4) and is credited to you (see Section 6).
4) What Counts as a Qualified Referral
A referral becomes a Qualified Referral only if all of the following are true:
1. The referred business is a new lead to SignalPoint (not already in our CRM, not currently in discussions, and not a current or previous client within the prior 12 months, at our discretion).
2. The referred business completes any required steps (for example discovery call, demo, or onboarding).
3. The referred business signs up as a paying client for the Offer and the first payment successfully clears (a “Closed Referral”).
5) How to Submit Referrals
You may submit referrals by:
• Referral Link: Sharing your unique referral link, and/or
• Manual Submission: Submitting the referral through the website form
You agree to submit only business-relevant information and represent that your submission complies with applicable laws and permissions.
6) Referral Attribution (Who Gets Credit)
SignalPoint credits referrals using:
• Link tracking (primary) and
• Manual submission (backup)
If multiple people refer the same business, credit is awarded to the first verifiable referral received by SignalPoint based on our records (timestamps, tracking logs, and contact history). SignalPoint’s attribution decision is final.
7) Payout Timing and Method
Rewards are typically paid within 7 business days after the referred client’s first payment clears, unless delayed under Section 9.
Payment methods may include PayPal, Cash App, or ACH, depending on availability.
You are responsible for providing correct payout details. If details are missing or incorrect, payout may be delayed until resolved.
8) Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes related to referral rewards. If your rewards total $600 or more in a calendar year, SignalPoint may require a W-9 and may issue a 1099 if applicable.
9) Disqualifications (No Reward)
No Reward will be paid if:
• The business is already in SignalPoint’s CRM or pipeline or already in active discussions
• The business does not become a paying client or the first payment does not clear
• The referral is fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or not verifiable
• The referral results from prohibited conduct (Section 10)
• The business requests no contact, reports spam, or opts out due to the referral method used
• There is a chargeback or refund on the initial payment (SignalPoint may delay payout until risk clears or deny payout if the initial payment is reversed)
10) Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
• Impersonate SignalPoint or misrepresent services, pricing, terms, or results
• Use spam or unlawful outreach (mass unsolicited messages, scraped personal emails, spoofing, harassment)
• Make guaranteed results claims or unauthorized promises
• Manipulate tracking, attribution, or submissions
Violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture of unpaid rewards, and removal from the Program.
11) Independent Relationship
You are not an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of SignalPoint. You may not bind SignalPoint to any agreement.
12) Changes, Suspension, or Termination
SignalPoint may modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time, including Reward amounts and eligibility rules. Changes apply going forward and do not affect already-earned Qualified Referrals unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
13) Confidentiality of Program Materials
Any materials SignalPoint provides to you in connection with the Program or the Offer (including scripts, messaging examples, pricing guidance, sales assets, training materials, or internal documents) are confidential and are provided solely for your use in referring businesses to SignalPoint.
You may not share, publish, sell, or distribute these materials to any third party, and you may not use them for any purpose outside the Program without SignalPoint’s prior written permission.
14) Privacy and Data
Information submitted through the Program is used to:
• Contact the referred business
• Track attribution
• Administer payouts
Do not submit sensitive personal information. SignalPoint may retain records for compliance and audit purposes.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Program. SignalPoint’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the unpaid Rewards owed to you for Qualified Referrals.
16) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
