7. Referral & Affiliate Programs

From time to time, SignalPoint may offer referral or affiliate programs where individuals or businesses can refer potential clients and receive compensation if certain conditions are met.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any referral or affiliate program at any time, with or without notice.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
